painted bumpers

I could have sworn I was in a race with someone online and the guy had his bumpers on the old corvette painted white. Was I just tired and did not get a great look, or am I missing something? I cannot seem to find where it is or if it is.

I haven't played with the Vette much but it could be a paint or decal on the "other" category. Paint less likely but hit R3 in decals > other and see what lights up.

Thanks, I did go back and underneath other it lets me highlight the pipes, bumpers, and trim around windshield, but now I cannot figure out how to actually paint them.

edit: I am actually have a prob finding how to paint the hood on the camaro also. I got the hoods painted on others. help on both?
