I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a feature that I don't understand.
I've download several liveries from the showcases and when I do I understand that I have to pay for the paint, wheels, rollcage etc.
And when I download a very similar livery (i.e. Same car but a different driver in the race team) I don't have to pay as I already have the paints etc.
So why is it that when I go to create my own livery I don't have the paints and I have to buy them?
Doesn't make sense to me.
Edit: Seems like it's definitely a bug.
