I still plan to race. I've finally found a suitable car, the Opel Calibra Touring Car and I'm now working on finding the right pp.

This car doesn't seem to be good on tires though, after 6 laps I was losing half of the life of these hard tires. Seems harsh, though I'm not exactly sure how other cars compare.

I am gonna have to bail on this event. Really was looking forward to it, but with getting ready for our vacation north and getting a couple projects wrapped up around the house, I just won't have the time to prep or race.

It looks like it is only going to be 4 of us available. Not optimium for an enduro.
I suggest that we postpone until everyone is back to a more non vacation schedule.
We could still race at Montegi with the same cars but with usual 3 races set up Monday July 30, we may want to have longer races than usual to have a chance to drive with worn down tyres.

Don't forget that SagarisGTB is still going to be racing.

You are correct, still, 5 is a little light.

@ Sagaris, we did some testing yesterday and tyres after 6 laps were starting to slow us down.

No it was just me Juju and Sag, plus Sag was using DS3 because he had issues with hi wheel.

Hopefully if we get the planned 5 of us on Tuesday we can still run full length race.

Yeah, it was a bit lonely tonight, but I had fun the 1 race I actually ran. I had to run out and take care of some stuff, so sorry I abandoned Sag and Mike. Unfortunately, I am not sure I will make tomorrow. :(

Sorry if you cannot make it today, but are you still on for the Enduro tomorrow?

@ Track, can you make it for tomorrows Enduro?

Well gents, bad news. I am going to be late. I have gotten myself involved in some stuff at work, and though I thought about it, I decided it was not in my best interest to place GT5 over my job security. I should be back around 8:00 or so, so maybe I can watch you guys.

I was really looking forward to this race though :(

Good decision Juju, your priorities appear to be in good order.
An Enduro with 3 racers was not optimum, still it was pleasant to spend online time in good company, Mike and Sag.
I hope we try it again when everybodys schedule are back to normal.
