PC - Modified and Limited pacs pre-order only?PC

There's just a few hours left on the PC pre-order.

Do you get the Modified and /or Limited pac if you order after the pre-order sale.
I'm sure the answer is in here somewhere but the clock is ticking...

You get both if you pre-order Digital Download version, no matter where you are.

In the North America (Canada and U.S.), you only get the Modified Car pack if you go for disc version. Everywhere else, you get both.

I think there isn't any official information regarding buying AFTER the game is officially released, but as for other companies maybe the Modified and Limited pack would be on sale as DLC at an additional price
