I think it is Tokyo Route 246 II (Tokyo Reverse)....
...a quick use of the 'Search' function (top right hand corner, click on 'Advanced Search') for 'Polyphony Digital Cup' (and searching 'Titles Only') yielded loads of threads on the subject, and I found this write up by our very own Der Alta, from which I gather that the final race in this series was at Tokyo....
