Hi there,
I am just curious if there is any difference to particular upgrade parts in the Tuning Shop? All the game tells us about each piece is the final change in BHP.
Say for example (choosing three random parts from different sections) if the Racing Air Filter, the Sports Exhaust and the Sports ECU all increased a particular car's power by 20BHP each. And for the race restrictions, you can only install one of the parts to be eligible.
Is there any difference between each part, (or worded differently), are there any parts that should be considered a priority over others, given that the game tells you they all increase performance the same?
Will some parts affect acceleration rather than top speed for example, but still have the same BHP change?
Reason for me asking is the seasonal time trials, where we have to be selective about parts. I'm not into the nitty-gritty part of tuning yet, but I want to make sure I'm not shooting myself in the foot by ignoring vital upgrades over non-vital ones.
Thanks.
