Permanent Borrow Glitch Trading Thread

@gerald, just changed the veyron back to the maxed out 1 and added a ford gt lm race car

EDIT: hey do you guys have the del sol or genki silvia
 
Sorry if this question has been asked/answered, but after i borrow, save,exit,delete,and skip the patches, i just get a black screen! How do i fix it?

Did you do this?

Here's what you do.
1. Borrow the car

2. Save then go delete game data.

3. Start GT5 and do the first update 1/21 (608 MB) then after it downloads and installs (says 2/21) back out

4. Start GT5 and when it asked you to do the updates hit circle.

5. Go into GT life switch the car then save and back out then do the updates or just click save in the main menu screen

6. Exit GT5, then start it back up and finish updating.

Sounds like you didn't do step three through six.
 
Even better than do delete game data get the save editor/glitch app and that way as lot qucker and saves hours to re-install system files again ;)

I can put some cars on share if anybody needs so just pm me and i sort it ok ;)
 
Thx guys for all your help. @RS200Freak I grabbed the Gt not sure about the tuned veyron. Will check when I get home.

No problem, just let me know what you might want. I have a load of race cars and most stock ones, now(thank you again extreme). But unfortunately now I have to go through the list again to figure out the ones I am missing:crazy:
 
I am attempting to do this glitch myself, but for some reason the game can't run my save when I revert to 1.0/1.05, both of which are before the borrowing feature was implemented.

When the game was 1.0, the game didn't get past the GT Logo, at 1.05 GTLife ran, but got stuck, not able to maneuver the menus any.

If I go up to 1.06, the save can possibly run, but then the borrow feature will be implemented and won't work.

Help?

EDIT: Upgraded to 1.06, loads screen for like 1/8th of a second, screen CUTS OUT and re-loads constantly.

Hi,

Your doing it the old fashion way. Now Google 'GT5 car borrow' and you'll get many hits of ways doing it in minutes.

The 5G isn't hacked, I think, but yes the X2010 is up on share. I am currently on the lookout for the same thing(5G hacked)

I can't use any of the methods listed in my googling, but I somehow got it to work after loading all of the updates, starting up GT5 after installing each one.

Also, I have a Mac :sly:

Believe it or not you still can. Add mac to your search and some forums come up with that very question

So a friend of mine just cameup with an awesome hybrid, and said that i should borrow glitch the car to get it...
I'm running on the latest version, if that matters...
So i did all the steps of the OP, deleting the game data, refusing updates, but then I end up at the GT5 losding screen, or just before the loading screen comes up...

Is there another method to borrow glitch a car?
I don't have a laptop or a computer, just a smartphone (iPod Touch 4G)

I'm looking for factory color Bugatti Veyrons (not painted) don't care if it's hacked or not, full tune, no tune, miles i don't care. I can share mine i have a few colors already, also can share any color x1, or any of my other cars..(i pretty much have everything) Thanks in advance!

I have a 5g hacked if you guys want it. has almost 40k horse power and -922pp

If that works i can put it on share.
