Yeah, the "Increase Rigidity" option makes it even better, but that's about it. Add turbo upgrades and R1, R2, and R4 tires, just so you'll have them when you need them. Generally, you'll want to have one-grade-harder tires on the rear than the front, such as R3 front and R2 rears, to even out the tire life.
Otherwise, set ASM to zero, have the TCS at 3 or 4, and set the brake balance at 4 front, 2 rear. Everything else can be left stock, although all stock settings can be improved with very careful tuning, of course. Thing is, this car is so dominant in stock form, improving it isn't necessary.
