I would remove the absurd ticket thing and the animation, It's not a real roulette. just get a message "you got 5000 credits" ok thank you very much, move on.

That would be more efficient, but it might be harder to explain for the player what happened when they occasionally receive the big prize. With the roulette it’s at least clear that the prize is the result of a chance event, although it’s pre-determined and not balanced in the way that the roulette implies.

Although it’s pretty much guaranteed that you‘ll win the lowest amount of coins, it’s still free Credits! Yes there isn‘t much you can do in game with 5k, but to get rid of the credits completely from the roulette is just silly (IMO). The only change I’d make is the likelihood of actually getting something decent more regularly. If I got an engine or unique tuning part (which should be useable for more than one car - maybe make in manufacturer specific?) every 6 or 7 tickets and a car maybe every 4 or 5, then I’d happily take 2k or 5k all the other times!!

So, no problems with the roullete handing out invites for supercar when all invites are open for a month, but money... No way... It's outrageous

I'll take the credits, don't need the parts. Prize cars are not bad until the duplicates start showing up, but then I'll just sell them - oh wait, guess I'm stuck with dups. Just stop wasting my time with the animation, it's predetermined at some point, just show me what I got, and forget the "star" tickets, another waste of time.

Maybe change this petition from "remove credits" to making the roulette actually random.

Right now, 99.9999999%, you'll get the lowest value prize. An actual random prize would be a 20% chance.

If they want to weight the prizes, fine, I can see that, but this is ridiculous. I should not be surprised when I receive a gift that isn't the worst possible.

No way, I'd rather have 5k credits than:

a rubbish car I already own,
a part for a car I don't own,
parts I've already bought,
an invite for a car I already own / don't want / can't afford

There must only be a few occasions where the thing I've won is more valuable to me than 5k credits.
This. 1000 times. if I'd petition for something it is the complete removal of the roulette (lootbox) mechanic.

Roulettes are fixed.

However, the prize is still random. It's just allocated at the time the ticket is generated, not when you open it.

Only the 4-star tickets and above have good odds. You can win good stuff in the lower ones, but it's uncommon. IMO the best prize in a lower ticket is nitrous, because it's expensive and doesn't change your build. Gold bars are almost impossible to win when they do appear.

That was actually how GT5's random car tickets worked (although remember you can only win cars from these tickets).

Everything about the roulette is bad.

I win the lowest payout 9 out of 10 times since update 1.11 it seems. I've won 5 engines (lucky me) but two of them were duplicates (charger hellcat, mustang Coyote), so I really only have use for 3 since PD have insanely restricted the engine swaps down to 1 car for most engines for now.

I think I've won 500k of gold bars twice, 100k once and a couple of cars I appreciated winning (Pagani huayra and Mclaren VGT). Everything else has been pretty bad. I would've had 60-70 roulettes by now not counting extras from cafe events, so likely 90+.

They should give more meaning to the stars of the roulette. Give prizes with a fixed value so that you know what kind of prize you are getting. Something like:

1 star: a prize between 5000 and 50000 credits.
2 stars: 50.000 and 100.000
3 stars: 100.000 and 200.000
4 stars: 200.000 and 500.000
5 stars: 500.000 and 1.000.000
6 stars: all prices above 1.000.000

Credits are fine, they just need to rework the amounts so that they're not insulting.
Cars won from roulettes should have duplicate protection - you shouldn't be getting given cars you already own.
Parts should either not be on there at all, or should be generic to all cars.

At the moment roulettes are a lottery as to whether you get a prize that is in any way meaningful. Prizes should always be meaningful, and the lottery should be whether you get an okay prize or an amazing one.
