Perhaps because from a commercial point of view, SONY needs a game such as Gran Turismo for sale over PS4 !! Wait and see !!

I don't think that is necessary, why ?? Because GT brings them so much money that they won't think very long !! After, it's between Polyphony ( GT ) and SONY about of contract ( Money ) !!
