Photo Mode in Arcade and Practice?

I know, I know, it's been asked before, but after 20 mins of searching I gave up and made a thread to ask the question.

I just had a great Racing Mod Integra DC5 'one make' race round the Nurburgring in practice mode, and wanted to know if the photomode in practice and arcade mode is unlockable?

If I wanted to take pics of my Teg on the 'ring, where do I go to do this?

Watch or save the replay. While during a replay press pause there will be an option on the bottom of the screen for photo mode
