Photomode Magazine Cover Competition: Week 13

I was wondering how you get those "streaked lights"
now I know you just copy and paste from other shots ... creative method!
I think the quality of entries has been raised very high
most who are new in photoshop will have trouble getting votes in this compo I guess

It's Photoshop Voodoo. I have to do some chants and dances also.

With Easy, Vicious you and others throwing out the great ideas for compos
hopefully the creative juices will flow all around (as seen in the poster contest).
I've seen some great stuff by Photoshop newbies.

I say just play. and more time would be good too...
