Just ramp the contrast right the way up i should imagine. Similar to how i got the sky white on one of my old rally entries. I just whacked the contrast sky high.

The rules state (PMC).

when using brightness and/or contrast filters to alter an entry, it must uniform throughout the entire picture.

No, contrast makes light colors even lighter, and dark colors even darker... The mid colors dont really get affected. Since the snow was already super-white, it just got as white as possible... Understand??? I know that was kinda confusing.

Exactly...I think its clearly within the PMC rules.

No, quite the opposite. Unless the cars are white too, they would become darker. If you only increased the brightness the cars too would be white. Increasing the contrast means that the difference between the brightness/darkness of each area is increased.

E.G - If you had a grey square inside a white square, increasing the contrast would make the grey square black.

Thanks for sticking up for me guys. 👍 Yeah it's PMC rules. I think the contrast part got already covered. What makes it bit more complicated is that different programs handle colors differently when upping contrast. That shot done with Paint.net.
