Ok i think the new colour fills in the need for more mods. The paint may have missing spots because i was just mucking around and didn't think i would put it up here.

The paint would be nice if it was utilized properly. Spend some time on it, don't rush. Yo missed heaps of bits. Also do the decals after paint, it helps blend in more.

Let me sort something out...like i said i was just mucking about and did mention there would be missed parts because i rushed it. I actually had to fill in lots of parts to make it presentable...it was just an example to show if i coloured it, it would look a little more filled in.

If what u mean by saying "utilized" is that for some odd reason legendary has painted the bonnet purple which doesnt really match the rest. Well there is a good explanation...for some reason when i lasso'ed the car and took out the windows etc the bonnet automatically went into that colour when i made it pink. So really i have no idea why it is purple.

Okay , I actually spent time on this one :D
Thanks to leon for that site

Cool, Portuguese license plates. 👍

the area on the side window and especially around the mirror, look way too jaggy. You could probably run a small soft smudge along those lines to AA them a bit, they stand out like that.
Also like someone already said, vinyls after paint job as a rule. 👍

or join ultimatecarpage.com and use this set - its got just about every car available, and ALL super-high-res.

High RES Photo's?

Hey Glanza that's doesn't look too nasty for once. :) What version photoshop are You using?

Both Wheels are off perspective and appears to have a slight camber angle to it, and the wing looks like cut and paste. the CF is standard skil but if you have CS2 then use the Warp Transform tool and kinda bend the CF strip down (where the hood itself is bent down at the front), this way it doesn't look again, cut and paste.

Keep going at it, how long have you used photoshop?

Apparently I've ben using photoshop for 1 Year, 1 month and 9 Days, Feb 7, 07 :embarrassed:

Yeah im using CS2 :)

Ive had it since 2005 but only really started using it this year :P

Thanks :)

EDIT :
Done what you said up there , But Changed the rims ;)

I may be being picky but you missed a spot right at the front of the bonnet next to the right (our left) head light. You can see i tiny bit of red lmao.

The reason there is spots around the vinyl is because like i said i was mucking around and decided to spice it up AFTER i did it. There fore i had to deselect the vinyls =/

Good eye i didnt really notice.

However you didn't change much to the CF, again, this gives it a flat form to it again, when it's not. and this vinyl with like little Anti-aliasing it flat pasted on. Know How I can tell, by the forms on the car's body.

Try this, draw a square, and make a happy face smile on it, then draw a cube at isometric view, and on each of the sides (left right and top). draw that same smiley face but keep in mind the face isn't going to look exactlythe same as the one on the flat 2d square. do it by hand too.

here's what i did in 10 minutes:

Use it well for anyone who needs help with Form

Another thing about the vinyl on that shot that would take only a bit to correct and give an instant much better look is on the door lines.
On that shot, when the blue crosses the door lines, it turns them blue, even on the par they should be black (or close). That immediately tells it also as a paste and detracts from the realism, even if the vinyl had been moulded to the car's shape perfectly.

Dude use the quote system, no wonder I can't understand half your posts.

Far out your picky turbo lagg...i was using quick post and forgot about that till i looked back up...it isnt hard to understand. Opening quote and closing quote what more can i say.

Now referring to the blue door line. You can't actually tell and you would have to zoom really far in to delete that. If he hasn't kept his layers he would have to redo his entire vinyl to fix it.

No it just makes it easier to read ;) I didn't understand what a few of your posts meant simply because I thought someone else was talking through you. Thats why.

OM*censored*G!!!!!!!! I can't believe that...well to me it was easy to understand (Sort of) but then again i was the one who typed it...

All i can say is that in some spots such as in between the grill and the vent on top of the front spoiler the paint looks fakish. I don't think i can see much texture...just sort of plain old grey. I think there either needs to be reflection or maybe the paint just isnt the right colour (the grey.) Secondly, i don't know whether the net thing in the door was there before but it looks odd. I don't know if anyone knows where im coming from but it just looks strange where it is.

EDIT: I second what turbo has to say.

Lol I just started reading what you wrote and saw the Edited bit. The paint does have a very minor few flat spots, but I think it might actually be like that IRL. The net thing in the interior is on race cars, but not sure what it does.

Yer i know what the net thingo is but I think it looks wierd for some reason...as if it is not positioned right. Then again it could be my imagination.
