You need a GameShark / Action Replay / DexDrive device to get access to the CLK Race Car. Otherwise, it's hidden.

Do a search for the "CLK Race Car" in the GT2 forum, and you'll see precisely how to do it.

Think about a silver Calibra Touring Car, and it's just about the same.
