Check out my awesome balancing skillzzzzz... :sly:
I was facing into the sun so I am squinting lots.

It's the first time for Venezuela at any type of football World Cup, so we're exploiting that... somewhat.

Oddly enough, all they had to do for that picture was give Diego the shirt.

You could have airbrushed out that guys tan line.

[EDIT] White shirt, doing the table for the right hand mat.

 Yes, pretty sad, eh? Only pic of me at the tourney I can find so far.

It took alot of squinting but it wasn't hard spotting the biggest guy in the photo ;) Hope you got free food/cash for doing the tables, that was the only perk we got.

I got chocolate cake and 3 t-shirts.

Here's a couple recent pics. The first one is at my sleep apnia test. The second is from the day of my bicep tendon surgery were they reattached my left lower bicep tendon that I ripped off three weeks ago.

Damn, you gotta take it easy on the weightlifting, Pako. :nervous:

Sleep apnea ain't fun. I have it, but luckily not that bad. I just got to make sure my lower jaw isn't too far back and I'm fine.

We can rebuild him. We have the technology. And enough tape.

Tape, and tie wire. ;)

So, the results of the sleep test revealed that I was holding my breath for 30 seconds every two minutes. This was causing some poor sleep, heart rate was in the mid 90's, and oxygen levels were in the low 70's. Now I wear a CPAP mask to bed, it's dead sexy. The CPAP resulted in 95+% oxygen levels and heart rates averaging in the mid to low 50's. I'm waking up rested for the first time in 10 years.

I tore the lower bicep tendon loose tubing behind a boat. I should have let go sooner. I've had issues for a few years with that arm, I finally just finished it off.

6-months recovery, but the surgery went good and expect a full recovery.

Wow, 10 years? What made you get you tested now and not before? Anyway, as I said to you earlier, hope you have a good recovery. Now that you can sleep much better, the recovery should go faster as well 👍

My wife finally got sick of my snoring, and was tired waking me up because I wasn't breathing.

Thanks man, I hope so.

You had never been near a real Mini before?!

Pako - Glad it all went well with that. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Just follow everything doc says by the book, and don't try to make it like it's nothing.
Some recoveries that could go as smooth as butter end up binned because of people thinking "hey, I feel no pain, I'm good already. Let me just push this Dodge Ram a bit to the side with just one arm and..."
Best of luck yo you, buddy! 👍

I'm 5'9" and I've seen plenty of Mini's before, it just never occured to me to have my picture taken with one.

Two photos from LMS at Algarve:
Made a friend in the hotel talking about racing, turns out he drove this:

Very nice guy who I will hang out with at race events again :)
and I also bumped into this young man before the world series race, had a short conversation, wished him good luck for the rest of the season, and shook his hand. Top bloke.

For those who don't know, that's Toro Rosso driver, Jaime Alguersuari, and yes, I did say Jaime correctly :D

The guy I'm usually with wasn't there, I had to improvise :mischievous:

No, but in all seriousness It just seems to keep happening  The good thing is, they are all very very very good as well, put them in the right car and they will win. (It's just a matter of the right car, which isn't easily acquired)
