No, to have a refreshing drink somewhere. The Karbonkel was conveniently placed for that.

From my wonder filled weekend in Montana :P

4 or 2.8? It's looking kinda small, like a 4, but then again you are a giant.

That's the lens hood of a 4... Weak!

Dem socks.

I spent maybe minutes jamming stuff into a bag for this trip :P

Well, I did only spend $500 on it versus a grand, and I don't care for the weight of the 2.8 anyhow. Next lens is going to be the 135mm F/2 anyhow, at which point I may just sell the 70-200 and buy an 1.4x tele.

So jelly 👍

Also the background of that photo scares the hell out of me. When I noticed the rock you were sitting on it made my stomach actually turn, I'm not even afraid of heights either. :ill:

Just poking fun, with my current setup I have no room to talk. ;) I don't mind the weight of the 2.8 when shooting with but I wouldn't want to be carrying the thing around my neck all day, especially if I was hiking/climbing.

Small black dog? Have you had your eyes checked recently? :P
Only things under that helmet are my gloves.

And yes, the mount on top is for a gopro.
