Been a while. Recently hit a weight goal after stripping the weight off these past 3 months. Here I am after loosing 62 lbs, sitting at 199lbs. Still have a ways to go to finish things off. Pretty excited at the results. I can finally start to see what all that work in the gym was for.
We all knew you were going to get shredded one day, but, dayum'! That's insane mate. Ever thought of finishing off what DA started and doing a bodybuilding competition prep?

👍 Thanks! It's pretty exciting for me on a personal level. I can actually see what all the hard work in the gym was doing for me. I figured since I've come this far to keep going until I've gotten to that comp level of body fat percentage. Whether or not I do a show remains to be seen. I could never compete on an open platform, but maybe in an all natural comp. For my height, I think I would need to be in that 179lb range to be competitive. Either way, it will be interesting getting there and will have to see how much of a chance I would have competing. ;)

How much can you lift, Pako?
I'm certain you can lift equivalent to my weight, but can you lift... say, the double; 230 lbs?

And, indeed good work 👍!

Awesome progress Pako!!!

@this thread  I always laugh at the photoshops and random discussions that ensure not only from mine but everyone elses pics :D

@Shem, my bike is registered for road use however you can get away with a non regustered dirt bike at that beach, while technically not legal the police do not enforce the issue.

@bopop. Awesome wheelie man!! Are you using rear brake to control that?

Here is another picture proving just how Australian I am

That has to be the largest "Flask" I've ever seen:cheers:.

Is that a slight rum-gut I spy? ;)

Dear Sean,

Firstly, I'd like to extend my greetings to you and the family.

However, I must insist you take that back this instant, lest I should hunt you down like a dog, pull your arms off and club you to death with them.

Everything about Dion is perfect and he must be treated as such.

Kind regards,
Danny

Thanks. Depending on the lift, yes. :)

Leg pressing over 1700 lbs, but can only curl say 140ish with quite a range of lifts in between. 👍

@Dion, you're making miss the Pacific! ;)

I'm at 210 and can't get down, been there for months. Right now I can do 4 BW bench presses and 10 pull ups in a row (I suck at pull ups) but I haven't been able to get my weight lower, lost a bit of fat though.

You're in Tennesse with German plates?

This:

Some Ford Focuses are built in Germany.

But I'm not really sure what the issue is here, people in Tennessee could not care any less about anything other than a pick-up truck or a Mustang. I got no looks at my car the entire time I was down there and that's fine...it would have distracted the locals from bringing me piles of BBQ.
