Three in one!
Attending NEO16 with Serpent Europe was great fun, and getting the chance to meet senior members of the team was a fantastic experience.
Got to meet Jörn Neumann, our lead driver, a 6 time European champion, Reedy Race winner and EOS champion. In the pits I also met his father Detlef and engineer Gerd. My racing hero.
I ended up on the official team photo, with my UK team boss on the left, then Carlos Duraes, Jörn and Colin Meijer.
I also got the opportunity to introduce myself to Serpent's co-owner and international commerce manager, Ronald Baar. Outlining my aims with the team and what I'm planning for the upcoming season was fun, and it was nice to be introduced as an "up and coming" driver.

I vaguely remember seeing a photo of you with glasses like that, but that identical beard... I couldn't resist posting. Funny story, I was actually doing a group project in class when I stumbled upon that and I almost blurted out to other mates that TB was in our textbook. That would have been really awkward.Holy crap, I even have very similar glasses!

That car park was used like a race track most of the day. We were chatting to the security guy and he was saying people need to slow down. At the same time, literally saw someone drive it like they stole it nearly crashing the car twice in the car park before exiting wrong direction full throttle. Person was escaping a slow police van which showed up like a minute later. Going to another wedding next week at same venue, hopefully less people drive like nutters and also get to see a Huracán.
