Race 5
Daytona Road Course
Laps - TBD
Track time 22:00
Track Date January 27, 2018

Rain to Clear
Not sure if you know this but there is a glitch in the weather especially at Daytona. Seems to be a sync issue with rain and puddles. Some drivers have to avoid puddles and take a different line while others can drive through the same spot, see no puddle and take normal racing line. Two spots in particular are the entry to the last corner from the infield to the banking and the the Apex of the exit at the bus stop. This gives huge advantage to those who don't have the puddles. Hopefully this will get fixed in next patch.

I'll test it out a bit in the morning when I get home from work.

Overall 2nd to 5th just for missing a race. Damn connection issue in race 2. What the he!! happen?

I am not sure what happend, both you and CB kept disconnecting. However, hopefully next week everything runs fine, and BRNO can be your dropped race.

I think I'll be out snowboarding this Sunday, so the last week of the season will probably be my dropped weekend, so it's an all out fight for second!

Also, mentioned this on Sunday, but everyone in the top 8 should have some track picks in mind, in case you get a track pick for next season. @HazardLvL4, pick a car now :P

(I actually don't think you can be caught, as either myself or @ONESPACE would need a 21 and 22 point increase, respectively, over our worst week, and I don't think that's mathematically possible for either of us)

Well I had planned on winning pole position and both races. Didn't know there was rain until now, so that kind of dampens my plans. I was going to say, you guys better have a clean race and finish well. But if you're not going to make it Falango, I'll just put a price on Hazards head.

Good Morning All,

I want to say thank you to all who attended yesterday's event. It was some really good clean racing yesterday. I also want to say thank you for your understanding with the lobby issues that is plaguing the game right now. Hopefully, after the upcoming patch (Patch 3.0) everything will run smoother. Trust me, the length of time it is taking to get both races in is of concern to the league management, and we are doing our best to adhere to what is detailed out in the regulations. As always we are striving for continuous improvement, and will do our best to keep providing a place for immersive, clean, and pseudo serious racing.

To all of our new drivers, welcome, and thanks for hanging around and racing with us. We are glad to have you!

Finally, we are always trying to grow the league, so if you know of anyone who is a clean racer (no matter the speed level) please give our league a shout out to them.

Best Regards,

-Haz

Even with the games delays and hiccups this is still one of the best leagues out there. See you guys on Sunday

Huge fan of these restoration stories. 911 restos always look amazing too, it's hard to find one that hasn't looked great. I'm a big fan of Daniel Simon, and his recent renders of a Singer 911 resto that's coming is top notch. I've been meaning to try my hand at car design, just on the side, and render some of the designs, and watching stuff like this fuels that passion!

I enjoyed driving this car in gt legends...looked again at some footage on you tube.... forgot how frikken awesome that game is... the driving, cars, tracks and menus kick ass on all other sims for me.... just the graphics are lacking. If it ever became available on PS4 I'd snap it up in an instant.
Almost tempted to drop a Grand into a gaming computer just for that game.

No sir, but racing on PC is awesome. Just expensive.

You should try G.T. Legends, I think it is only $20... not many on p2 will run the old stuff. It takes a whole different skill level to run cleanly, door to door.. most bitch about no abs, tires etc.
I'm willing to bet if you dropped Lewis Hamilton and the like into a 1970 mclaren m20, they would not be able to achieve the lap times Jackie Stewart, Denny Hulme, or Bruce Mclaren did.
