I'll tell you what though... this nitpicking and constant judgement of other drivers and their respective levels of participation isnt helping either. I'm pretty confident that would-be new drivers may not want to join a group that does nothing but dig on each other all the time.

Are you a part of the problem, or part of the solution?
I, for the most part, sit back and participate in constructive (and humorous) conversations and go about my duties here. But we have hashed this out already, and when a comment is made that I feel is partially directed at me, then you will likely hear back from me! (Referring to User's post).
If that is being part of the problem, I don't know. If it is, then I need to be told so and I will quietly move on.

I seem to remember at least two drivers that didn't participate when we drove the Lotus because they hated the car, they didn't get any flack! That is the main reason I'm out for this month, I don't get along with the car at all and I don't feel like driving it in my spare time, plus along with the chance of not making the night. I've hardly touched the car in over two weeks. I'm only showing up at KOQ because Z asked us too, if not then my name wouldn't even be on the list for this season.
Run a series with the lotus or ford mk 4, the bear will be there!...

I will update the list accordingly.

First off: I agree with User's general stance on the matter. Secondly, I agree with you. We've been over this already. It isn't perfect, but it's the way theyre going to deal with the situation. There's no need to hash through it. I'm sure there will be discussions amongst the top brass at the end of the season regarding where things are going.

However, his post was some 15 later than your last post before it, so I really do not follow how it is even reasonable to assume he was directed it at you specifically. Everything in between was nothing but confirmations and/or neutral random comments. To me, you were being a bit over-defensive and I think you've realized it because you've edited out the most unnecessary part of your response.

Cmon guys, everybody's got a little different angle here with different opinions on how/when/why they will participate. Everybody just do what they want within the box that the organizers have built and they'll look at the results and react as necessary.

I for one do not agree with users comment about everyone leaving with a "knee jerk reaction". From what I read, everyone gave their valid reasons that I thought were reasonable.

Ok, some more drama...
Do I have to do the KOQ(this still makes me laugh for some reason :D) or go straight to race and beat the crap out of Onespace?
Drama? Just kidding :sly:

I agree. The wording seems like a bit of a jab. That's why I chose the words "general stance", as in the fact that with several people willing to KOQ, but not race [even if they do qualify for it], it kinda throws a bit of shade to the process. But the big picture point is, the numbers are there and I think that's what is important for Zii and Aex to see, regardless of every individual's reason for racing or trying or showing or not.

As someone who has signed up for KOQ only, my reasoning is simple. I dont have enough xp with the game and KOQ gives me an excuse to put some time into it. My "main" series is GT6 SNAIL Spec, so everything else takes a backseat. The only testing/practice I've had so far was the other night with onespace, jakedog, vovik and a few others. I'm clueless when it comes to pit strategy, and I find myself spinning in turns once every couple of laps. You don't want that liability in the race tonight. I would feel horrible if I took out someone who has spent a lot of time testing/tuning.

Aerloite has been generous enough to reach out to me and spend an hour giving me a PCars crash course and showing me the ins and outs of the game. I will take him up on that soon.

Hopefully that clears it up on my end. I could be practicing the newly announced combos for Sunday, or practicing for the Race of Champions. But by showing up for KOQ only I'm trying to do my part in showing interest in the league while getting more comfortable with the game.

Sorry Lessen, but FYI my response was to User's post right above mine, it's got nothing to do with 15 posts earlier.
And the only editing I did was "add" a small statement in Brackets.
I'm being defensive because I explained my situation in full, out of respect to my fellow racers, about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The fact that I have had to restate that a couple of times since because others won't leave this issue be, has frankly become annoying.
I'm done now.

*sigh* You're not even following the conversation Steve. Read what is written, not what you think is written.

No, you do not have to do that. You do on your own behalf, out of your own need to clarify your stance which you've already made clear.

I'm done now.

Yes, sir. As am I. 👍

Oh boy, drama that I am not involved in....yet. Lol.

Here's my drama... I am stepping down from the league completely even if it goes to two divisions. I don't want to race with full damage on anymore. If and when two divs are made, the full damage setting will still be on, which with my erratic track talent, I will be screwed. This is nothing against the league or the guys running and racing, it is what it is. This is a league for guys who are good and far more serious than me. Nothing wrong with that. Girls just wanna have fun you know.

Really cool last night. I don't remember the last time I managed to be able to fight SGETI for position, he probably lost his inspiration somewhere
Really cool. I can't wait for something like this on Assetto Corsa.

Talk about drama, try having your wife and stepdaughter have a UFC fight while you're trying to race then the sheriff come knocking on the door, really screwed my night up,and I was actually having a pretty good race, sorry to my teammate @vovik05 that I had to bale in the second race

Sorry to hear about the mess at home man. I knew something had to be up. One second I was talking about how well you were running and the next minute you were in the garage. Literally.

Yeah I was cool as long as it was just words being thrown, but when the fist and objects started I had to step in,then I had to get the law involved, and that's never good

I firmly believe I was hit with the "reduced grip" bug/glitch last night. All week I was in the 1'44 range lap after lap.
Last night in Q, a mid 45 and start I think 6th. Then during both races I could only match my Q time, still wasn't able to get a 44.

Definitely some contact in both races around me, the first race I lucked out and it just happened around me.

From what I seen happen....
2nd race lap 1:
I seen someone go off in turn 1, not sure if there was contact from anyone or just missed a braking point.

Turn 4: I had moved up to 6th, with Jake breathing down my tailpipe, and Ice Warden moving to the inside of 2 cars ahead of him (Sgeti and someone else). We all brake for the turn, and I stick with Ice Warden and go down low. It looked like Jake taps Sgeti who gets loose and slides sideways into my driver side. It also looks like Ice got loose and was heading towards the wall (maybe getting on the gas early?) And I end up hitting his rear end along the way.
This put both cars sideways on track and stacked up others behind them.
This gave Hazard a 10 second lead and a 30 second gap behind me after lap 3.

Well the 2nd race you seemed to handle it quite well:)
Anything but my friend. Zero tire grip on ALL four tires with 10 minutes to go. I believe @HazardLvL4 was the same. I have to say, we were running 8-10 seconds off pace due to no grip. The two guys in I think 10th & 11th, who came from behind and we're battling to get around was awesome. They both got around me, but I'm not sure if they were able to get by him by the end
