That's why I'm going PC route. I played NASCAR 2003 for years on PC. Fantastic game. I really don't give a 🤬 about the increase on PSN. Just give me a stable platform.

Without going online, is there a way to practice with 3x tyre wear? I haven't been able to get online until fixing the connection here and now that I did, PSN won't let me in....

But now that I went to check the rules for fuel, it says tyres are set to real on page 1. I think I'm mixing up my leagues. We race with real for both tyres and fuel here then?

Well damn. Tried some new settings provided by Flip and SGETI. Vastly different settings btw...and I managed to jump down to the low 39s right away by using 90% of one setup, 5% of the other and 5% of my own original thought

Just crazy how much tweaking the car can change the handling.

Well which one did you use 90% cause I'm having the same issues you were with my tune. I couldn't complete 10 laps with out playing spin the car (this is similar to spin the bottle only instead you kiss a wall)

You can do free practice by yourself without psn.

sharing is caring. Spent a few hours today fine tuning. I was able to tame the rear a little bit. You still need to be careful with the throttle. 1:39:xxx

I'm excited. Reminds me of old RCS, good memories of trying to keep myself in the race. The one season I took part helped me improve a lot.

I often mute chat volume when I practice with others. I cannot focus with constant chatter. I just like having a rabbit on track.

I mute the chatty ones myself,helps me concentrate and I like to hear what the car is doing,but I still do this for the friendships I've made

I have a question about Out of Bounds rules in this league.
There are a few places at this track that people tend to go OB on.
How strict are you guys governing OB penalties?
I don't want to file IRs if they don't matter.

I look at all IRs based off of the snail OLR I won't go through and scrutinize unless it seems appearing it's nessisary. But if you file an IR and the terms of a penalty are met then the penalty will be given. I'm practicing now with AI and they use the track that is all green. SNAIL OLR states two tires on racing surface. Meaning red and white curbs. If your off make your lift and the penalty will be void.

Turn 1 and the bus stop area after the chicane in sector 2, both have areas for cars to go wide, but are still within track limits. I vote no on PC penalty system, it usually causes more problems then it solves.

It doesn't penalize for those run off areas and I agree with hazard that it can actually cause more issues. Cause the random drop in speed right in front of someone and cause aero damage. Plus I feel we are a good enough group of drivers to control ourselves and lift where we should.
