Testing the Vette now...whoever voted for this car clearly has never driven it. This is probably the worst GT3 car in the game. Still have no idea how to keep the ends from swapping in every corner.

I tested this car and I strongly disagree about it being the worst car. Fallen and myself were doing some good laps around 1:45.4XX pretty consistently. Hazard has helped me learn how to balance the car. I can tell you that the vette is going to need a tune. If you don't have time to tune it then best I've got is lower the front and raise the rear so it's 12-15 mm difference between them and weight 50-50. That should help significantly. Sgeti won't agree but you won't know if it works for you unless you try. Ask those who came last Monday for Wednesday practice. The mclaren was a different car after that tuning session. Bear said to me and I quote
"I wish I had the car I have now 5 races ago"
So join on Monday and let's all figure out how to balance this car out so we can have a great season. If everyone has the car that handles like mine we will have a tough season ahead of us.

Hey Jakedog, welcome to the bigs.
I was disappointed to see the Vette get voted in. What happened to the original idea of the X-bow and the Atom going to a vote? Wassa mata wit yuze guyz?

Beware the sheep.

I absolutely loved the McLaren even in stock tune. All I did was play with diff settings a bit. This Vette is terrible out of the box. The diff settings don't do squat. Downforce doesn't help either...

Maybe if the fast guys share their settings on this one? Otherwise we all risk crashing or being crashed into...many times :)

Weather I agree or not, does not matter. We all have different driving styles. What matters is you are able to drive this slippery beast and survive. I strongly suggest you do try what Zii has stated. Maybe it will work for you, won't know until you try.

Give me a day or two and I will share what I use.. Hopefully will help .

Judging by the interest in the last week or so, you have to wonder... who's fast enough to make the grid??...
Ya! With Mopars returning and Onespace, adrnlin and jake joining, KOQ is going to be tough, glad I'm in the top ten to start the season.
Jake, you were getting bored because you had no one to harass you, no worries, me and Lobban will take care of that, lol.
Good to see all of you joining, this series has just gotten tougher!

Ah I think Scorpion had that taken care of;) but maybe his harassment was just stale

Here's a funny one. Went onto that project cars setups site that people talk about out of desperation.

Found one with lots of likes and he specifically says it tames the rear end. Plugged it in and it was actually worse than stock for me. That thing swapped ends more than Lobban and Aero at a sheep orgy.

Whatever setup you guys found must be some kind of mythical thing like Sasquatch.

I absolutely hated the mclaren in stock tune. So I guess our driving styles are different, so based on that, I'm hoping the vette works for me... I won't know till race day, I don't own it.

Just did some laps. You may find the rear a little loose on corner entry, Or you can look at it another way, the rear rotates nicely for turn in .

I have included some info as to what to adjust to tame the rear for your driving style. good luck.

I would prefer those be saved for team drivers. But I think one is already chosen.

Pcars dash is a must
