I will have to give this a try, I couldn't find a way to get rid of the horrendous understeer without making the car really unstable, will be nice to see someone else's approach

Please do. I would like to hear your thoughts.

I think it works quite well. At least in the Ascari Full Track where I did my tuning and testing. Didn't tested it too much elsewhere.
