Am I the only one scared to death because the line between videogames and reality seems reeeeeeeeeally thin with this dev previews?

How so? You in terms of rendering quality? Google has already made augmented reality a thing with Glass, and the biometrics and so on in other devices is there as well.

If it is on a screen, I don't see how "reality" blurring is an issue.

Am I mistaken or this looks like a high end PC graphics?

Not quite, just someone who saw Front Mission 3 on a shelf when he was younger, bought it simply because it had a big robot on the front (Metal Gear Solid and a childhood spent watching Transformers left quite an impression) and loved it. Haven't played any Front Mission before or since, but that game was so good.
