Luckily my living room stays fairly cool all year round but this is certainly a bit worrying for those in warmer climates

Having the chips doesn't necessarily make the manufacturing/distribution any faster.

Somewhat predictably the cost of internal SSD's for the PS5 has gone up rather a lot after the new beta OS that allows them to work on PS5.

Technically the exhaust is a few degrees hotter, the actual internal temps weren't checked. So it could be an indicator of bad or good, or simply down to a margin of error.
