Playstation network problem...

I have lost access to the parent account for my PSN... And actually have no way to add funds to my account anymore because of this... What do i do!!!!??? It was my sisters account, who has since changed email address, and forgotten her password, and of course she didn't enter the correct date of birth. Is there anything i can do to fix this? Thanks for any responses!

EDIT: Ok never mind. Luckily some things happened that allowed me to change emails, so yeah i am in now. Phew!
