Week 142 winner: Swiss Legend

Theme: Photofinish

In this week, Swiss wants to see two cars in a epic battle for the trophy in the finish line

Cars: Race Cars

Tracks: Finish line of tracks like: George V Paris, Infineon, Deep Forest, High Speed Ring, etc.

Photo Travel: No

Entry requirements

• You may submit one entry. It must be your own work not previously entered in a competition.
• Please mark your Final Entry clearly.
• You must post your entry either as a thumbnail, or as a preview linked to the full image - see here for instructions.
• Previews should be no larger than 400 pixels along the longest side, be it vertical or horizontal.
• We recommend you use a free image hosting service such as or
• Photos must be taken from a normal version of GT4, do not use any cheats or Game Shark codes to modify the game content.
• Please do not ask other members to choose your entry. Have confidence in your own skills and go with your favourite shot(s).

Image enhancement rules
(what you can and can't do in Photoshop etc.)

• You may adjust brightness, contrast and gamma values.
• You may rotate, crop and resize the image.
• You may add a border and signature to your entry.
• You may NOT adjust levels, hue, saturation, curves or sharpen the image.
• You may NOT use filters, blurs or layers on your entry.
• You may NOT add any elements to the original photo.

Wait, so what tracks are allowed? Any track with a finish line?

I want any track with a really good strong finish line. Examples include the tracks listed above. Pretty much I want the finish line to be of the checkered variety. If its a single line it will not be approved. Cool?

Also any GT,Tourer, JGTC, anything that even remotely looks like a race car is fine. No normal street cars. I just wanted to clarify

Thank you...you might be right about the quality I used, I don't remember (or it could've been when I saved it after resizing it in paint...I bet that's it). I know I did downsize it a little so when you click it, it appears in full resolution. Leaving it at 1280x960 made it look really blocky when clicked. I'll take another look at it tonight.

Thanks for pointing out the quality of my shot c_f, it definitely wasn't up to par probably cause of editing it in paint. I fixed it now and reposted it....not that it matters now NTX...

Well...... I was kinda worried when I was like the only one doing the shot from behind (instead of the front like everyone else) and thought the finish line wasn't as visible like the others. Oh well, at least I got the 👍 from you. Should say I could have done better, but it was difficult to capture the shot at the right moment and I don't wanna waste time on that set.

Not bad at all, Swiss, pretty damn good. it looks good if you dont get a closer look of it (im not saying it looks bad, the 3d rendering just stands out too much, (gt graphics))
