Anyone know what the third room in the back of pole position club is for? just there to make u waste time? i got the second room where u get the pole dance. everywhere i look no one mentions either of the other two rooms, just the one u need to finish the asset

You have to go in the one with the pole dancer in the room, and then you wait until you've spent 600 on her, then exit the room, and it'll say ASSET COMPLETED.
