I dont play GT5 much anymore. Although, I have played it several times this past week in order to make tweaks to my new wheel set up... in preperation of GT6's release.

Seems a bit weighted to the negative don't you think? I play the game regularly, okay I am waiting for GT6 but that's not why I'm playing GT5 still. Despite what you seem to think, there are definitely people here who still like GT5 for what it is.

Maybe if the poll reflected both sides, I'd bother voting...maybe.

I 'hit the wall' the GT5, I had to stop playing for fear of burnout on GT6.

I just got bored of the track list, I really hope the track creator in GT6 givers us the opportunity to make tracks that are good for racing so we can keep it fresh, also the track DLC needs to improve!

Really looking forward to GT6 tho.

Oh look another poll

yeah same here but not so much board of it just waiting in anticipation for GT6 so i cant continue our series.

I think there were 2 main problems with the track editor in GT5:
1. You didn't have much influence on what it looked like, so it was practically impossible to draw a track on a piece of paper then make it in GT5.
2. The locations got boring and repetitive because there were no tools to edit backgrounds and surrounding features. If anyone doesn't understand why that's important then think of it this way: Super Speedway (from GT3) and Motegi Super Speedway have the exact same track layout (its actually true) just the backdrops differ giving each a different feel.

With all respect for PD and KAZ I just hated GT5. After such amazing GT5P - GT5 feels like one step forward and two steps back. I mean it really were unfinished and putting standard cars were HUGE mistake IMO. It will be better if they made something like 2 modes: "GT Classic" (standard cars and tracks) and "GT Premium" (or GT Future) - with all premium and very, very polished content. So we had a choice.

Have you heard which tracks are coming as DLC? If so I have definitely missed something.

I haven't no, I just mean GT5 only had 2 track DLCs (from what I can remember Spa and Motegi?) during the whole time it was out, so I hoping that maybe we can can a new track maybe every 3/4 months or so if that's possible.

I know it takes time to make these things but the tracks (imo) are just as if not more important than regular new car DLC.

I think Kaz said there were looking at DLC every month? So it will be interesting to see what that involves

I sit at the wheel just when some interesting seasonal occurs. Last played was the K-Car seasonal. Fun! Voted "I played rarely these days"

Wait so your saying that the problem was that they're called standards? Not that they look the same as in GT4...

GT5? I stopped playing it last week and now I'm desperately waiting for GT6. Im playing GT1, 2, and all the way to GT4 just to keep myself together while i wait for GT6.

Ah, I gotcha now. It was three, well four with the indoor kart track - t'other was the Oval X. I think think the idea is to have track DLC more frequently than every three to four months. I don't know if DLC will be a bit of both each month, or alternate months, but definitely more frequent than quarterly.

I've been playing GT3 and 4 whilst I've been waiting, and I have to say I've been having a lot of fun on my old PS2. I play GT3 for the career and championships because they're really fun, and GT4 because of the amount and variety of tracks.

I mean it will be better if they don't mix up standard cars and tracks with all-new "premium" content. If they just say: We have all new PS3 content, but we really don't want to throw off all those cars and tracks from previous games, so we put them in separate game mode, and desprite how they looks - it will be fun for our fans."

Edit: Just simple and honest move. Imagine how many problems were gone. Without those stupid FM vs GT5 (with standards) comparisons. And, you know, all problem is content inconsistency - you drive all amazing premium car next to clunky standard, one track looks amazing while next looks like a little updated PS2 track and so on. And all of this after you saw GT5P...
If they were separated I have a choice, "GT Classic" mode were feel more like a bonus (try GT4 cars with new physics. If that was a case, I had no complains about standards at all.

P.S. So sorry for my "English".
