Because GT7 is the port of GT6 for the PS4.
Good one...What the hell, did the OP roll out of bed and bump their head only to jump up and have this brilliant idea of a thread? Wow, GT6 hasn't even hit shelves and you're worried about a game that is probably 2-5 years away from us.
It would be nice, but I think it isn't GT style. All GT's can be played with a controller, but with rFactor physics it would be impossible.GT7 physics should be as good as iRacing and rFactor2 physics.
There is no excuse with the power of PS4.
Haha...that's been their slogan forever and it's never been true but I think you're right, GT physics will probably never go as hardcore as PC games just because they are designed to appeal to a mass audience not a tiny sliver of hardcore fans. And that's ok. The PC games will continue to remain popular and anyone wanting that hardcore of an experience will have that option, just not in a console game.It would be nice, but I think it isn't GT style. All GT's can be played with a controller, but with rFactor physics it would be impossible.
Of course, the "The Real Driving Simulator" slogan has no sense if they decide to do that.
The most important thing for gt7 would be for it to come out within the first 2 years of the ps4.
