Polyphony Formular Gran Turismos

I currently own two formular gran turismos but am having some trouble, the first one tht i won a white and blue one is perfect absolutely love it but i cant keep the second one on the road it just slides out of control. is there a reason for this and has this happened to any1 else, is there a way to stop this from happening.

There is only one FGT in the game, just in different colors. You can't modify them or change tires, or even the oil. If they are behaving differently, they must have different settings. I suspect one has all driver's aids on and the other has them all off.

Yup. :) I was gonna say that...driver aids off please. Other than this, are you using a lot of downforce? Are the settings between both cars similar? And tires?

tyres? you can't change tyres. my guess is either asm/tcs or suspension settings are different.

go to the car that is good and write down all adjustable settings.
then go to the wrong car and make the settings the same.

I see. And I have yet to race an F1 car (even in GT3 I never touched them). So it could be settings, then.

From memory the FGTs default toe in setting is 0/6 which I find very difficult to control - try changing this to 0/0 and see how you go.

You need to adjust the LSD. Increase the decel value by at least 10 and this should cut out the lift off oversteer and also decrease the rear toe as you won't be needing so much, you may also need to raise the LSD Initial value by 5 or so. This solved most of the problem of excessive oversteer for me.

Also check Scaff's tuning guides in the top threads in the settings sub-forum if your still having problems.
