PS
I hate public pooping.

Word.

I will only poop in my house,a relatives house or in a 1 person public restroom. Other than that, it's only if I have to.

Oh wow...the irony...I have to poop right now.

Buh Bye!

I poo twice a day. My hobby and love is bodybuilding naturally. So as im not on steroids i have to eat loads of food and drink lots of shakes.

I don't know why I find that opening statemnt so hilarious...

It makes it sound like you have a strict schedule to follow.

There are many things that can be used to stimulate the bowels.
Laxatives-Way too harsh on the system and can cause dependence.
Fiber Stimulants- More gentle and natural. May also cause dependence. Can also be used to treat loose stools as they regulate the fluid in the bowel.
Softeners- Can promote regularity in those who don't eat enough "roughage" or drink enough water.

Natural stimulants for the bowel include veggies, fruit juices, coffee (for some), and certain fruits, just to name a few.

For the non-medical people in here, this could be considered a "gross" topic.
Why the interest? Why are you researching such a thing?
I can refer you to some old basic nursing texts that will explain a lot more on this subject.
I also have an array of "formulas" that will aid the constipated.

Please keep it serious though. Too much asshattery will get this thread closed.

I find large quantities of lager help it along. And mexican/indian food....
A dinner of Chinese food here, and bam...its gone.
Every time I eat Chinese food, I always have to go half an hour later. :ill:

I dont **** often, but I do take peptol.
No wonder you don't poop often.
Pepto is to stop diarrhea. If you take it when you don't have the "trots" you will just make yourself constipated.
For daily use, you want something like Metamucil or Fibercon.
They will balance out the water in your bowel and help you stay regular.
