"And at this special place in my museum, there once was a beauty of a Porsche. You may take pictures of the now vacant space."I think it’s crappy that if you sell a car, it doesn’t count towards the menu book.

GT7 must be trolling me, I received Citroën invite yesterday and Aston Martin today !!! 😱you've received 630 DW tickets or did you miss some days/weeks/months ?
All my invites so far : (since launch but have had two 6 months hiatus)
Porsche 2 Pagani 3 Ferrari 2 Bugatti 1
And for the Porsche invite, I've never needed it because I won the invite car with a DW ticket.
Still waiting for :
- Aston Martin
- Lamborghini
- Citroën
And here am I, pondering since yesterday if I should buy the FXX-K with my invite which expires in 2 hours, or not.Man it really hurts me to sit here owning all invite cars.
Aston Martin Vulcan - X8
Aston Martin One-77 - X7
Bugatti Veyron - X29
Ferrari FXX-K - X20
Ferrari Laferrari - X20
Ferrari Enzo - X20
Lamborghini Veneno - X9
Porsche Carrera GT - X10
Pagani Huayra - X25
And seeing so many still waiting for a invite almost 2 years later.
My advice would be to buy it even if you only drive it once since cause you never know you may never get another ferrari invite. And here am I, pondering since yesterday if I should buy the FXX-K with my invite which expires in 2 hours, or not.
Not because I couldn't afford it but because I'm afraid I would drive it around Nordschleife once and then it would collect dust in my garage.
Same reason why I didn't buy the Vulcan when I had the invitation.
Nope.If you've selected the car as favorite, cancel that. My friend did that with Ferrari and he got an invite after waiting for a year. Could be a coincidence
No I don't think so getting a invite is just down to luck and nothing else.If you've selected the car as favorite, cancel that. My friend did that with Ferrari and he got an invite after waiting for a year. Could be a coincidence
Wow, I get one every 3-4 weeks or so and so far it’s literally always for the same car - the Porsche, ironically enough!I'm on the other side... have already bought all the invitation cars (I think there were once all invitations from PD as compensation after the first big *********).
Since then, it feels like I get an invitation in every 5th ticket... and dont need it :/
If only this was an option in GT7, I'd happily buy more of the brands I need an invite. They do this by making customers buy cars that they do not want just so they can get on the waiting list.
I'm trying to complete Extra Menu No. 29, I just need the Porsche Carrera GT but I require an invitation to buy this car. Is my only chance to keep doing the Daily Workout and hope for the best?
Ok l called out sick the day common intelligence was being passed around...So you can open a ticket, see what's inside, then shut the game down to restore the ticket.
Have you tried pressing the PS button? Like...ever?How do I shut the game down for this too work?
Tried this way once and multiple times I still got the original invite, heard you have to either pull the powerplug or disconnect the internet for this trick to work....Have you tried pressing the PS button? Like...ever?
By console, the PS button...
PS4: takes you to the console's main menu, which then allows you to select the game with Options > Close the game
PS5: opens an overlay menu with multiple options, including the game, which you can select to close.
I have been able to do this by just closing the game just fine.Tried this way once and multiple times I still got the original invite, heard you have to either pull the powerplug or disconnect the internet for this trick to work....
No. Simply shutting the game down without exiting the ticket screen is enough.Tried this way once and multiple times I still got the original invite, heard you have to either pull the powerplug or disconnect the internet for this trick to work....
A content update changes the prize tables. Redrawing the ticket after the update might - might - change it from one prize to another prize of the same type, although my current numbers say it happens about 8% of the time (and credit rewards never change their values)."But why?"... Each game content update changes the prize tables behind the tickets. There is a small chance that the reward the ticket contains will change after an update, but it will only generate the same kind of prize. That means a ticket that has an Invitation in it will always have an Invitation in it, but it might change brands after an update.
So a Ferrari invite will not change into a Lamborghini? No. Simply shutting the game down without exiting the ticket screen is enough.
You will always restore the ticket and it will always reveal the same prize (which is why we know it's predetermined) - but you're missing a crucial step:

Read the reply again. So a Ferrari invite will not change into a Lamborghini?
Okay thank youIt is simple.
First, you open the ticket and see what it gives you.
Next, if it's something you don't like, you shut down the game then and there, DO NOT accept the prize or exit the prize screen, just shut the game or disconnect internet.
Lastly, wait until after a game update and then re-open the ticket. The prize may or may not have changed.
Like Famine said, cash prizes don't change. It only affects invites, parts/engines and cars.
If there is no update, just claim the prize or let it expire.
