Possible to change display of settings between Metric and Imperial system?

Excuse me if this is noobish, but a lot of the setups are displayed in imperial system. My settings is metric and I have problems converting them.
Is there a setting in GTS to change the display between the two systems?

Thanks a lot Minkihl. Love what you do to tuning in GTS. The community needs it.

After all there are just minor parts that has to be converted as much is displayed in Hz and %.

That part with the suspension frequency is a bit weird... i know theoretical how that works but ingame i cannot feel it right...i do that more with the theoretical knowing and feeling how the car reacts to a change ...

i like in general harder suspension setups because the car is then more quick in reactions during direction changes

Its under options when u press start. It won't change straight away like on the gears, you have to set it back to default then custom for it to change
