The corgis went further but both couldn't make it to wherever they were trying to make it to.

You're a Vet Tech if I remember correctly? Little one probably found the best place to recover at, if so.View attachment 1253292
Not really a pet but this guy was in rough shape about 10 days ago.
A neighborhood cat killed its mother and nearly killed this guy before I shooed the cat out of the yard.
Skittles (squirrels name now) ran up my leg and fell asleep.
I tended to his immediate needs, syringe fed some puppy milk, ground up some almonds and walnuts and let him recover from the ordeal. We have him inside a large enclosure and happy to report he is thriving.
The plan is to soon have him venture outside to learn about being a squirrel. If he wants to come back that’s ok. If he leaves even better.
At least he got a shot at life.
Sorry to hear that.I lost him.
Despite all my efforts to save him, he died.
I came home to find him curled up in his blanket stiff and cold.
I feel really sad. I’m going through many different emotions.
I failed him. I shouldn’t have intervened. What did I do wrong.
I’m a mess. I really started to love that lil guy.
RIP Skittles
Is that bucket smirking at me?
Sleep well my lovely cat, we’ll miss you.
Thank you.💜My deepest condolences.
May the memories together help you at this most difficult time.
RIP beautiful Paco.
