^That, I've never been a fan of Carbon Fiber on light colored cars unless it's really subtle. I bet the hood would look nice if it was color matching.
P.s. I like the spoiler, I think it fits the car pretty well.
But ya you should get a 1.5-2 inch drop

Everyone has different tastes, of course. I actually like the contrast, and don't much care for carbon on 'colored' cars unless it's otherwise black. Still, it would look good painted.

JDM sticker on a Scion....

The Scion xB is made in Japan. Yes, scion is a American company, but the xB is made in Japan.

Yes, bad joke.

Being made in Japan means nothing. It is a USDM car because it is a car made & sold for the US. There is nothing JDM about your car.

JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Market, your car was made available for the US Domestic Market, so it is a USDM car.

The exact same car is sold in Japan as a Toyota Rumion, all they did was glue on Toyota badges instead of Scion ones. The same thing with the first gen xB, they were nothing more than rebadged Toyota bB's.

Anyways, not a huge fan of the stickers, but it's your car and you should do whatever you like with it. We're all in it for the same reason 👍

Also @TrdScionxB2, the headlights on your Blazer look like they aren't fitted properly, there's two tabs in the back of the light that seat into two pockets in the rad support. It's a PITA to get them in correctly. Also your LED lights, how do you like them and did you get them inexpensively off of Amazon? I need to redo my light pod on the rally car and I don't want to spend a fortune on lights.

But how is it TRD? And it's certainly not a Trueno...

Scion dealers sell TRD performance parts for their cars, if you go to their website you can pretty much build any model with TRD suspension, exhaust, etc.

And if you want to get technical the xB is a Corolla, which was the Trueno. And really all trueno means is thunder or something like that.

Well if that's the case he should have mentioned that he has parts under the hood or wherever. I assumed it was bone stock engine.

About the stickers, I really loved working on my car & modding. Stickers was a easy thing for me to do. If they could be removed without tons of work, the sticky leftover stuff, I would remove a majority of them. & the LED fog lights came from SuperbrightLEDS . Com a great place.

It doesn't have much right now. We did make a custom intake on it, it also has a glasspack in place of the resonator, & the dual borla exhaust. Is there a easy way of removing stickers? If there is, I might try it.

If you have a hair dryer, put that on low heat and heat up the sticker for 30 seconds, then start peeling it off. Add heat when necessary. After that, rub some fingernail polish over where the sticker was and that will clean the residue off.

I'm sorry for coming across as an ugly potato earlier.

Like I said, we're all in it for the same reason, the love of working on our cars. I can totally respect that no matter what you do to your car as long as you're doing it for the right reasons. If you like the stickers though, keep em, if people hate them then ignore them. I used to have a ton of stickers on my truck when I had it, I thought it was cool but my tastes changed.

As for removing stickers, I use 3M's Adhesive Remover. Stuff works awesome and it's professional grade, it virtually melted the trim adhesive that was one my car in a matter of minutes. Goo Gone works decently well too. Just remember to clean the area with rubbing alcohol afterwards to get rid of any residue and then apply wax.

I'll check out the superbrightled.com site too, thanks 👍

I took this sticker off a long time ago...

Using ildd's method. It worked okay.

...but didn't really get the job done efficiently.

GooGone is the s**t.

Sorry too, I get defensive when it comes to scions & my car. Everybody does have their opinion.

Thanks both of you! The car is a project & hopefully I'll keep learning & be able to do more things & improve it.

This is what happens when you have to mod cars.

I have white LED's in my car, too. Much better than the ugly, dim yellow ones.

I have blue LEDs in my scion now. I had some white ones inside too but had to move the white LEDs to the licenses plate lights. I got pulled over for having blue ones. LEDs are so much better.

@Ferraridude308 Googone kind of scares me. I want to try the 3M stuff.

I only used it because the sticker had been baked onto the car for 10 years and didn't want to come off. I barely touched one of my stripes with it and it smeared the dye in it, so yeah.

That's what I don't want to do, remove paint. Last time I tried to remove sticker junk I used elbow grease & water or something.

Oh no, the rest of the car looks great. I've just never been a carbon fiber hood kinda guy. It's nothing against your car in particular.
My car has a carbon spoiler. Everyone - and I do mean EVERYONE notices it. Most people like it. Even more ask me where I got it...

I actually woke up with it on my car on Christmas day. "Go look outside" they said.

I might end up getting a carbon hood to replace the current rusty one... Wouldn't mind leaving the hood scoop unpainted, but painting the rest maybe. Haven't decided.

...

But, in some cases, stickers can be awesome. I've got a Crazy (Leo) sticker in my back window, beside a WRC sticker. The WRC sticker is actually the exact colour as the car, custom-ordered... The Crazy (it just says "Crazy") is orange, and was the inspiration for the orange roll bar.

It's all about tastes. I like to accentuate the fact that I do rallycross and track days in my wagon. I like to be recognizable, I have the most unique car in my city. There's literally not a single Impreza wagon in the world with my two-tone grey... Light grey (Crystal Grey Metallic) on top, and darker grey (granite grey opal) on the bottom.

Soon, I'm getting an STi front bumper, and still seriously considering an STi swap... Especially now that I've actually started a job as an apprentice mechanic.

Edit: I've also got unique LED lights.. and uncommon HIDs, including the proper projectors. Interior, I've got an LED bulb because the OEM bulb was blackened and burnt.

LEDs will generally improve the safety and function of almost any modern car.

This is my new car. I got it almost 2 weeks ago after I hit a deer in my truck.

I'm planning on putting a new muffler or exhaust system in it, a ram air intake, and I'm picking up some brighter headlights. The stock ones are good, but I want brighter, whiter ones seeing as how I'm switching to night shifts at my work. I don't want to be hitting deer again.

I want to get some nice clean wheels for it, but that'll have to wait.

Always a good choice. If you're getting HID's, make sure you get projectors.

I don't mean to brag, but damn this is a good picture.

P.S: To give you an idea of how slow the internet at this campground here is, I started uploading these to Photobucket (I normally use GTP but it refused for some reason) at about 4:00pm. They just got done uploading at 7:36pm. But hey, I don't go camping for internet.
