The daily and then the Volvo.

Speaking of rad era rides. I just finalized the purchase of this 1991 Caprice Wagon to share daily duties with the Corvette as well as be the ultimate road trip vehicle for my wife and I.

I mean look at all that trunk room! Plus it even has the rear facing seats!

Nice one Tom. Hot hatches are great fun and this is one of the best. Will you make a video on the Yaris?
I will be, yes.

Honestly just loving the GR so far. Driving it to Wales next week for work and planning to film a review to enjoy the car on some glorious roads. Here's a photo from the other night:

The project car's at a bit of a standstill since I'm broke, so in the meantime I've been doing a lot of mountain driving in the daily:

For those who enjoy scenery:
Man, I was in Leadville hiking up Mt. Elbert a few weekends ago but all my pictures are of haze/smoke as far as the eye can't see .

Early this week :scared:...

... and then on Friday the house next door was gone but I was left with this :grumpy:...

Saturday's chore was to get to cleaning all the crap off and I ended up with this :D...

The wiper is sticking up as a reminder to get new blades as that blade came off one of the clips so rather than just put it back on I'll replace both.

I got incredibly lucky with this find. 2011 Mazda MX-5 Grand Touring with only 21300 miles on it! I would have more pictures handy, but I've been busy lately so all I have are pictures from when I picked it up at Carvana last Saturday.

The aftermarket carbon fiber wing was a nice bonus as well.

Given that my garage isn’t climate controlled and working on vehicles when you can die of heatstroke is no fun, I got a renewed interest in working on the c10 now that temps are cooling off a bit from summer. I started tearing the old rotten wood off the bed to eventually take the whole bed off. Once temps get too cold for driveway work I’ll be moving it into the homemade plywood shack with the woodstove and working on it in there. Hope to have the bed all the way off within the next few weeks
