Just got a second hand xport. I got into this to try and smooth over a few problems with certain cars and thought the Racing Elise could easily use more power. I dropped in a Vanquish engine tuned it up to about 800 hp and think it's really nice.

There are no need for X-Port or Sharkport anymore!!!

I have a chip'ed PS2 and I downloaded newest AR2 Max, and i use a plain simple 64mb USB stick... Go into memory manager in menu of AR2 and uncrunsh my new GT3 saves with hybrid cars onto memorycard, can't be easier...

I'm mostly into making realistic hybrids, so I do a lot of mild stuff. I've made a few that I like, but this is one of my current favorites. It's a regular lookin' Trueno with the stats of the S.S. version and an SR20DETT from a 180SX under the hood. It drifts like crazy but can be unstable at times with the wrong settings. With some tuning and experience, it's QUITE enjoyable! Enjoy!

just got my action replay max today and tried afew hybrids out, and man o man how fun it is! lol i customised one of the minis that was posted in here, to use a speed12 engine and stage 1 NA, then added a stage 4 r390 race car turbo.... and wow it flies! its wierd to try and get used to the handling, but one you do... lol its a hoot!
ill get around to trying out most of the ones posted in here soon, i have found a new hobby

Great stuff, marduke! Handling Hybrids with a GT Force wheel is tricky though! Use a controller to avoid killing yourself. Some hybrids had me on the floor laughing, literally!

It says that it's only PAL. . . . I have MAX also and want to see what you have, but I'm in US. . . . how do I convert?

i made myself a clio sport race car hybrid, it handles great and is quick enough for my liking (can beat an F1 car around any track) my question is how would i go about making the tyres last longer? im using the F1 mclaren tyres, but they last like 2-3 laps... which is not very long at all.

Ok... I have a questions (even though I know I could search the many pages of here).

Using a thumb drive does it have to be a certain one or is there a limit to how big a drive you can stick on the PS2 for it to be recognized? I still haven't been able to do this. I have a Sandisk crusier mini 512mb jump drive and a 16mb memory card Action Replay Max.

might have more later... can't think of any others.

ok i made afew more hybrids (most can do Laguna Seca in around 50seconds.) the Nissan Z Concept i made up can do it in 49sec. and thats not even a clean lap.. im pretty impressed as its the first hybrid i have made completely from scratch.

will post it up when i get my latest save game on my computer (have changed settings ingame to make it faster than what it was when i made it)

I'm new to the whole hybrid thing and as much fun as I have had with other peoples 400,000hp monsters I really enjoy making realistic hybrids. This is my favorite one I've made, it's my drift spec R32. RWD 1000+hp using all "Skyline" parts, granted a lot of them are from JGTC cars... Decided to post one more while I'm here. This is one I call my GF car. It's cute, not crazy powerful but totally unflappable handling wise. No understeer, no oversteer, not much fun for those looking to set lap records, but if your girlfriend wants to play and has no skills it's a decently fast car that is easy to master. 300hp AWD Baby Blue Vitz.
