Not mine, but basically takes that rx-7 cockpit to the next level. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSwr9WPAa5k&feature=related
That was infact posted in the news section a little while ago:

Really cool build, but when I saw him "racing" near the end of the clip I was somewhat distraught... to say the least.
My new setup:

Still not as nice as some of the amazing setups in this thread, but it's a huge upgrade over the large computer desk setup I posted earlier.![]()
psousaNice wheel / pedals... The chair looks like it could get a little uncomfortable after a while...
Thanks!
Yeah, it is pretty uncomfortable, unfortunately. If I do long races, I have to put a pillow in the chair.
MSTER232Have you ever considered swapping the seat for something more comfortable? You will enjoy longer races more if you find a seat that's comfortable 👍 .
Sometimes you can only use what you hav on-hand. For the longest time I was using my kids Winnie The Pooh table To mount my DFP to way back when GT4 was released. The table had to rest on my legs because it was shorter than my knees hen sitting on the couch.
Thanks!

Don't know where about you are located but there is a Craigslist that covers most US cities. CL is an awesome place to find custom built rigs, racing seats, chairs etc. http://atlanta.craigslist.org. Just as an example, here is a custom built rig with a nice looking racing seat in Decatur, GA for $30 http://atlanta.craigslist.org/atl/vgm/3005207795.html. You can use the seat and build your own stand for it to integrate with your current setup.. If I lived in Decatur I'd buy that rig for $30 and build a second rig for my kid, the seat alone would be a great buy for $30 bucks...
MSTER232Do you still have your DFP? While we're still on the subject of GT4, I happened to find myself playing it today. And surprisingly GT4 still looks good considering it was only a PS2 game. But I fear that my PS2 will die very soon, and it's also such a shame that Sony has ceased production on backwards compatible PlayStation 3 consoles, all because they thought it was too 'expensive' to produce the chip containing the PS2 emulator on it.
My PS2 has also been crashing a lot when playing games and also it couldn't read 2/3 of my disc although the condition of them were almost immaculate. But yes, I guess you just have to make the most of what you have access to.
I actually passes along my DFP to a buddy when I got into the next gen of wheels.
Are you still using a fat PS2? I'd buy a new one before they go extinct.
