Hi!

I've just bought a used (and mint) Logitech Driving Force ((?)It's the blue one) at a bargain price, but the power supply was not included.
I have a Creative power supply (for speakers) that has 12V and 1,5Amp. Will this work or will it fry it?:dunce: If someone can help me with the Volts and Amps that will be appriciated.

Cheers,

To make things simple, your power suplpy must provide the exact voltage that the wheel requires, the exact current type that the wheel requires (my bet is DC) and must be able to source at least that many amps the wheel will drain.

So, assuming that your power supply provides 12V DC at 1.5A max, you will be ok if the wheel needs 12V DC and won't sink more than 1.5A.

I did a quick search but was not able to find the Driving Force wheel electrical specs.

Update:
Ok, I've tested the wheel with the power adapter from the speaker set and it did work. (At the time being the wheel works... No fried circuits... )
So it does work with 12V and 1,5Amp.
