I understand, you always learn something!

But my question was more oriented towards whether the oil change before or after making km/miles affects the final performance of the car (more o less Nm, or different power delivery... do not know)

summarizing, if i buy a new car with 380PP to prepare to 450PP, no problem if I start by the oil changed... correct?

Neither I like the flange down over 90%

That's it. If you want to detune you car for a lower power than stock, then never change the oil.

Homage to~~Nathalie~~ , who stay very stoical during the accident. She didn't even yell bad names before ,during or after the crash. Great little lady.

I owned this little Go-kart as my first car in 1981. I drove it very furiously a few monthes till i went straight in a curve, slam a big stone and roll back again in the middle of the road. Not even seat belt fasten me and my girl friend. Big luck ,no broken bones and no more fast little cars.

You can detune it to 70HP (original power) and the 120kg ballast position 25 can be interpreted as me and my girlfriend. (75kg +45kg).... Yes .., only 75 kg at this time.!!!!:scared::scared::ouch:

How about this car fully tuned? Sports soft or even racing hard?
Knowing how much I enjoy my Spoon Civic at Nurburgring I assume the Abarth would be just as if not more fun.

Not in front of the ps3 currently but I believe this car ends up with around 480-490pp fully tuned?


Just looking for a regular tune, no ballast added for specific PP.

Hello, i had first a max tune for this car and it didn't work very well. This new PP range is the best i've found for it and i really like it like this.
Perhaps i'll give another try but i'm not tuning for the moment. No wheel....:ouch:

Thanks , i didn't saw this, it's a problem on my tune sheet. When i enter FF in the datas sheet ,theoretically the fields are in the right place on the tune sheet ,automatically.
My friend Dasey that have made this Excel file will correct it for me.

This car is 6&#8217;45&#8221; / nurburgring / 550 pp / racing soft, like the people like to race. It&#8217;s 5&#8221; more slow than the BMW M3 CSL, a reference, but when you have a lot of racers tryng to make their way and slam and bump you all the time it&#8217;s not easy. With this car ,nobody take you out of therace or road, a real castle. But it&#8217;s very sharp , a lot of grip, no surprise&#8230;.. Try it , you&#8217;ll adopt it I&#8217;m shure.

Inasmuch as the Lancer's are a disappointment in GT5, the Impreza's and this in particular was very good in its day... Can you look at him to see if it's worth update it? Or other good Impreza

Hey Praiano! I've used and tested your tunes via the Tuner shootouts a couple times and I'm always impressed. I just bought your app for Android can't wait to use it on my Note 2. I've been away from GT5 for a while but as racing season has kicked in (went to Sebring and St. Pete Grand Prix in back to back weeks) it's time to jump back in the cockpit.

We'll be testing this Sunday for our Le Mans Event this year which will be to conquer the Suzuka 1000km. After taking down the Roadster 4Hour and Nurburgring 4Hour in our first year and the Tsukuba 9Hour last year our 4 race man team is excited. As per normal we'll probably start testing with your tunes so I appreciate the work your do!
 
It's difficult to say what's wrong. I don't like the '08 , it's a very different car comparing to the '05.
I'm travelling for work with my PS3 ,this for 2 weeks, but no G27. I'll have to learn again how to drive with DS3.:ouch:. I'll begin again tonight.:)
So i'll not able to do any tune during this time.

hello my friend , I have tested the tunes of RVR , RKM and Clueless but no significant improvement. The car is difficult to drive like a wild horse :nervous:

Final solution : M5 '08 sent as gift to another friend player and I found a M5' 05 in the UCD after many efforts....:lol::D.

The story is restarting , I hope with better results

Hi trying the mr2 turbo tune now. It ends up 30kg heavier at 500pp:/

Also I cannot hit those gear ratios you mention. I can't set gears 5-6 high enough.

Car feels good and stable but maybe a bit understeery. Winning the 500pp srasonals taking first on lap 2 but only with sports soft due to the under steer.

It's a very good car. I have a very good 500PP sport hard touge tune, not published. I'll check it when back on my wheel and put it in my garage.Soon.

This is why i never did a tune for this car. You will be happy with the '05, it's a fantastic car.

If you have some under steer problems ,then raise the front spring and/or low the rear spring value.
You can try to build another car asking to your friends, like this you'll be able to check what is the best solution.
It a pilot car for sure, can go very fast with a good driver. The perfect balance is hard to find all the time, the edge is very short on this little bolid. I love it at 400pp.
 
I have 2x mr2's so I'm making one with engine stage 1 and high rpm turbo and the other stage 3 engine standard turbo. Going to test them on a track and see which is best. The top 2 gear ratios arebr achievable so its like I am very slow accelerating in 5 and 6th gear. I will test your suggestion to see if I can dial out the under steer.

Edit also the gts is 427 pop stock:/ wish PD had also included the mr2 with beams 200bhp 8000rpm engine:/

You can follow my method to do a new gearbox without taking care of ratios numbers

Tines on tskuba circuit using sports hard

Using the high rpm turbo 1"04.9
Only managed to complete 2 full laps without binning the car. Max torque is 40kgfm@6200rpm.

Stage 3 engine tune 1"05.45
Started out a second slower but reeled in 0.25 of a second each lap. Max tq is 41kgfm@4700rpm.

The high rpm turbo is faster no doubt but a handful to look after on hard tyres. Your gear ratios mean I always shift into the 6000 range never below so IRS obvious hi rpm turbo is better..just uncontrollable.

The LSD settings you provided made the best impact and helps to keep the car straight on acceleration but nothing can handle that high rpm turbo without softer tyres.

Hi Laurent! There are unreachable parameters in the tune. Can't match the PP--Max. Power--Power Limiter--Kg/HP. Check that, please, when you can. I couldn't figure it out. :crazy:
 
Sorry, i've forgotten about your request. During the last weeks i did some updates for LMP cars , i've driven some , including the
Mercedes-Benz Sauber Mercedes C9 Race Car &#146;89
Mazda 787B Race car &#146;91
This 2 cars are very good but technical to drive, they need both throttle control at lower speed. I didn't find a way to let them easy.

Talking about the Jaguar XJR-9 LM Race Car &#146;88 , i drive this car all the time and for the moment i didn't find any better tuning option than the actual one. So i've let it like this.
JAGUAR XJR-9 LM RACE CAR `88//720PP

The last i did and i think i've improved a lot on this car is the
NISSAN R92CP RACE CAR &#145;92 // 700PP
I'ts my faster LMP car on the ring together with the TOYOTA GT-ONE RACE CAR (TS020) `99 //700PP NURB & MAX PP

The BENTLEY SPEED 8 RACE CAR &#145;03 //700PP is an awesome all around race car, very fast and the easiest of all the LMP cars.

All of this 700PP cars can be used maxed too.

I can't tune for the moment because i travel with my game but without my G27. I thought that i'll be able to drive again with DS3 ..... but i can't. I have to learn everything again with this thing and no way of course to produce a quality tune without my wheel.
Only in 2 weeks i'll able to check the Mazda for you, sorry again.

I've been using your C9, 787B, Speed 8 and R92CP tunes as well, all great especially the R92CP and Speed 8. The 787 works great but as you say a bit tricky at low speed especially with RH tyres.

The biggest reason I'm asking that you re-look the 787 is because I drive cockpit so prefer the fully modelled cockpit. Will try your XKR-9 tune as well on the premium one.

Sorry to bug you some more but this still doesn't match up to 450pp. I get about 509pp with the figures and parts you have listed. Works great at 500pp however! Thanks for all your hard work. It has helped me so much to show off to my friends :drool:

Supra is a 2.09 tune , it's still ok but the power don't match anymore. I've fix it already just need to change the tune sheet. I'll do it soon.

It's hard to say what to do without testing. Try to let the spring softer for the bumps.

I need to bring my wheel with me, i just can't drive with DS3 anymore..... and no way to learn again. Not even fun :yuck::grumpy:
