Unless those liveries are made available as a part of DLC.Rich, I believe you will eventually get all of those cars, but you won't get the specific liveries offered up in the pre-order bonuses.

interludesI'm pretty sure the superteams are simply teams that are already in the game; you just have them available earlier.
AderrrmI can't access the DLC with my VIP code, no. When you start up the game, it says something like exit the game to redeem your code. And obviously if you do that, you can't get on to PS Store because it's down at the moment.
I got mine from Gamestation (aren't Game and Gamestation under the same owners) and got similar but slightly different. I got 4 cars in livieries (can't remember them) but I got the Abarth 110, Audi Quattro and 2 other cars but can't remember those either. I also got that same DVD.I pre-ordered from GAME in the UK and got 4 Super Team liveries aswell. It's on this seperate piece of card and it looks like they're for the Mk II Escort, Lancia Delta, RS200 and the Fiesta. I also got some Ken Block and Dirt 3: Gymkhana Unleashed DVD.
First impressions of the game are amazing, although if you're using a wheel I suggest you increase your steering deadzone. Mine felt very sensitive. I thought Dirt 2 had a good soundtrack, and one of the first few songs I hear on Dirt 3 is Chase & Status!
Edit: Scrap the steering deadzone, just had to get used to it. I wish there was a 2% deadzone though . The wheel has to be really straight to not drift to one side.
