The only trouble is collecting the money/exp,since every time I tried in the last 4 days he was continually engaged in racing Is there a gap during the day that drivers are free?

Every day at reset time they are not racing for about 30 minutes. If you're not available at that time just send me a PM and I'll give him back until you're done, just remember I'm in USA and sleep from about 11PM-6AM
