Prevent losing your precious car because of "Upload Failed"

Have my first "Upload Failed" yesterday 👎 lost the car, luckily I have a spare to complete the deal.
To prevent this:
- Send an Item (spare paint, parts that you have no use for) to make sure the server works.
If the message "Upload Failed" come up after you sent the car, DO NOT PRESS OK, Turn your console off immediately.
Hopefully they will fix this issue.

Turn off your system (dont save) tell him to turn off thiers when you turn it back on you will see the car is still there.

The game autosave whenever a trade work fine however incase of a "upload fail" it doesn't. So just press the PSHome button and shut down. After starting back up it will be there

Garage. I know it works better in the Community Tab but it slips my mind.

I've sent every single car from my garage and not once had an upload failed.

I think it ultimately depends on the wireless internet connection and if you lose it momentarily. But I've always sent from my garage and it's worked every time except for a few in the beginning

Do you permanently loose the car? Is PD going to refund your car back? That is messed up...just happened to a buddy that was going to trade a car w/ me
