Private GTP Server Today?

Hi all, I'm happy to host as server all day today if there are enough of you interested.

Cars will be
bmw_1m_s3;bmw_m3_e92;ktm_xbow_r;lotus_2_eleven;lotus_evora_s_s2;lotus_exige_240_s3;lotus_exige_scura

Tracks will be rotated on a loop
imola;magione;monza;mugello;nurburgring;silverstone;vallelunga;silverstone-international

12 slots, password protected with no cut track penalties and respectively request anyone with a ping higher than 200 find a closer server to your own location. I watched a 600 ping lag wack a whole grid off last night.

+1 below and if i get more than 6 +1's I'm happy to keep server up all day


Server will be called GTPACR after the Steam group and password will be GTP

I would've loved to join but at 3 AM for this hemisphere it's not that feasible. I searched for it and didn't find it so I assume you took it offline?

Did you at least get to race with someone?

Hi Coxis, Yes I've been racing today, had steam friends online.

Someone posted in Steam forum asking if a server would be up, just thought I would seen as no one else offered. Posted in 3 different threads and you are the only reply so there can't be much demand at this moment in time.

I seen your post, but it was 6 AM here. I was going to reply that it might be a bit early to get many people, but didn't want to discourage you from setting one up.

Yes, the time was a bit of an issue, and the demand will surely go up. The group membership more than doubled in the brief time span between the announcement of MP and its launch and the game is still in beta. Once 1.0 launches more people will buy it and things will get more crowded.

Or even if anymore are interested today I can run a server for 5 hours?
