According to the rules, they are taking the cumalative time across two tracks. Now with the cutting involved, how are we to determine the placing on our own?
That being said, it would seem they would have to either ban the offenders, or wipe all the times on the leaderboards and move all 512 competitors to round 3 where they will take the top 8 from each region. Making it seem even harder to those that could have made round 3.
