Last week I lost my level 50 game, it was corrupt.
Thursday I started again, got back to level 19 and made some designs, etc.

Today I loaded the game and it started me off at the beginning, even though my profile says the same as yesterday!!! Any thoughts???

I refuse to sart this game AGAIN....

That's terrible, and it is of some concern to me. So, for the people with a bit more knowledge, what exactly are your options here?

They should unlock the save file so we can back it up, IMO.

This is one area the Forza loses to GT5. On GT5 you can save on the HDD, flash drive and also Sony's main site.

Don't use cloud. Plenty of people have gotten corrupted saves from using the cloud.

Thanks for the info! Don't think I'd have used the Cloud anyway (don't really want to be locked into Gold), but it's definitely good to know.

So, that really means there isn't anything one can do in order to protect oneself against a corrupt save?

Not that I know of, but I haven't explored the options list yet.

Do you mean when the game starts and asks which device to load from?
It will always ask, from what I've experienced.
