Torquay are out of the league and down into the conference, according to Mr Stelling.

I'm a big Leeds fan and hoping we can scrape through and stay in the Championship. Personally I think there's a good chance we will, we're finally playing well at the moment. The only problem is that most other teams at the bottom are as well!

Everything updated, Watford down from the Premiership. Nothing else really resolved, it's now between Hull and Leeds for who goes down from the Championship along with Luton and (surely) Southend.

Swindon will be promoted if they get just one more point from the last 2 games.

Forest, Blackpool, Lincoln and Morecambe have all guaranteed play off places in their respective leagues

Leed's all but down, Southend, Chester and Bradford all down in respective leagues.

Birmingham could be promoted tomorrow should Derby fail to beat Crystal Palace, Sunderland will join Birmingham if Derby fail to draw against Palace

Welcome back to the Premiership Roy Keane. I bet he'll get his tactis right against Man U, we'll probably still beat Sunderland every game, but I'm sure he'll make it as hard as he can for us.

He's certainly turned Sunderland around, I'm sure that he'll give you a right go especially and he'll avoid the fate that Sunderland suffered last time.

He's proven he can get a team into the premiership, now he needs to prove he can keep it there and stabilise it there so it becomes a regular Premiership team, like say Portsmouth have done which judging from how goo a turn around he pulled off, I wouldn't say is beyond him. Then he'd build the team up from there so you start aiming for a spot or two higher each season. If he pulls it off, I see a potential future Man U manager there. Fergie won't be leaving anytime soon,

Wouldn't surprise me to see Keano become Man Utd manager in the future once Fergie's finally decided he's had enough, though I do think the media are making a lot of that idea by saying it'll be in the next season or two.

Sunderland can qualify from the championship, then they usually just go straight back down again. How good Keane is will be proven next year.

Leeds have announced they have gone into administration following their almost guaranteed relegation to League 1. This means they will be docked 10 points immediately and will finish bottom of the Championship, this may be considered some what controversial as it means they'll start the next season on a clean slate.

What's most annoying is Ken Bates has played it within the rules completely so the FA & FL have no choice but to approve it...bah. They need to over haul some of these rules

I will honestly PMSL if they get their miracle of results that allows them to stay up but their 10pt deduction means they stay relegated...unlikely but one can dream

Key games -

Preston 1 - 0 Birmingham
Luton 0 - 5 Sunderland (Sunderland are Champions)
West Brom 7 - 0 Barnsley (West Brom in Play Offs)
Leicester City 1 - 4 Wolves (Wolves in Play Offs)
Southampton 4 - 1 Southend (Southampton in Play Offs)
Colchester 0 - 2 Palace

Charlton Athletic have been relegated from the Premiership following a 2-0 defeat to Spurs

Morecambe have made it to the Conference Play Off Final, beating York City 2-1 after a goalless first leg.

Exeter and Oxford will play their second leg tomorrow night having been postponed, Oxford hold a 1-0 advantage.

The first legs of the first of each Championship and League 1 play off matches have been played.

Southampton are a goal down heading to pride park after a Howard double put Derby in the hot seat. Yeovil will find themselves struggling as they lost 2-0 at home to Forest.

Bristol City v Lincoln kicks off at 5:45pm

And the reason he is celebrating is because -

After a combination of a surprise win for West Ham over Manchester Utd and a 2-1 defeat to Wigan, Sheffield United are the third and final team relegated from the top flight.

Tbh...I wanted West Ham down for their naughty business with Tevez and Mascherano...

I'm presuming that's why Famine is celebrating, Famine is a Sheffield Wednesday fan.

sighs* let me edit that so people with low IQs can read it correctly...

(side note for the sarcasm-impaired: Yes I know that's why he is celebrating, yes I know he's a Sheff Wed fan and yes...that was one whole statement, not me asking why...)

It wasn't good sarcasm, at least it didn't seem to be to someone who's had a few.

Yeovil Town looked to be on the back foot after the first leg, having lost 2-0 at home to Nottingham Forest. But a thrilling victory at the City Ground saw them come back. Davies struck first for Yeovil on 22 minutes to claw one back on agg, though the second half started badly as an equaliser by Forest gave them their 2 goal cushion back. An own goal by Wright and a late goal by former Ipswich & Sunderland striker Marcus Stewart put Yeovil 3-1 up and level on aggregate, Forest being reduced to 10 men in the dying seconds

Yeovil made the better start to the first period of extra time, Morris slotting into an open net but Holt equalised for Forest on agg a minute later. It was left for the man who opened the scoring to close it, scoring on the 109th minute to make it 5-2 on the night, and 5-4 overall.

After a dull 0-0, Shrewsbury over came MK Dons 2-1 to progress to the League 2 play off final

Luton and Port Vale going into CCL2 with Scunthorpe and Colchester coming into CCL1. Swansea look to be up but it all depends on Leeds points appeal. Im glad today MKDons and Peterborough(:yuck::yuck: Boooooo!) wern't promoted although it looks likely they will be soon.

After our good draw at Southend today it looks like out play off chances have gone.
