Low 1:11s at the moment. I've got at least a second in my pocket, I just can't get the car stable so I can't push.

Do you guys generally have 1 stop in the 1h race? Running soft tyres?

Gotten down to 10s and 11s, sounds like I can maybe dice with some of you :) will be fun.

Looking forward to the race tonight, i've got my elgato setup so will be streaming and recording... finally.

Wha time are we heading into the lobby? Any delays tonight or anything?

I'm pretty sure many will attempt a no-stop strategy... for sure @Riggy as always lol

Make sure you have enough bandwidth to stream! Else it'll be a lagfest! Me and riggy record and upload at a later time for that reason.

If you are early enough in the room you can run some tests and we'll see if there are any issues with it.

Lobby will be open 60 or more minute before race. I hope no delays lol :D

Tis ok, i'm on a 50/30 4G connection now :) - I won't stream just in case as i'd hate to wreck the race for anyone else on a tight connection.

no give it a try on the pre-race. It would be uber cool to have someone livestreaming and might bring extra drivers ;)

On a separate note, does anyone use an Elgato on here? I've got the standard gaming capture (not the HD60) and it's great... until I plug in my gaming headset to the controller. My setup is a bit weird on my PS. I've got my wheel plugged in and in order for me to use gaming headset i've got to get a controller and turn it on and then plug into the headphone jack of that controller etc. The problem with this is it takes all the sound out of the gaming capture card and i'm just left with audio. To get around thi i've just been using the audio on my tv/monitor but i'd still like to be able to record sound and be able to chat in the lobby etc.

Surely there is an easier way than this?

Maybe using a bluethooth headset? or you can use double audio exit from the ps4 using optical and hdmi at the same time... I would need some picture of the elgato and your setup to understand it properly lol

I use an Elgato (The same one) and plug into my controller for the mic when I'm using my wheel and I have no issues whatsoever. Not sure what the issue could be without testing, though it might be somethign to do with the commentary options or sound card setup on your pc. I know I've got my elgato muted in Windows though because you get the audio twice otherwise, and muting it in the software disables the audio of it iirc. Could be that.

EDIT

I've got the audio setting in the software set to HDMI Audio (Game Capture HD) rather than analog, could be that? Idk.

I'll PM you an image with all my settings and stuff in after the races are done.

I've managed to do a couple of races without stopping. I believe Imola and Dubai have been the only ones I couldn't do. If your car setup is sensible and you're not super aggressive on the tyres then it's doable a lot of the time. Long run it saves loads of time to fuel to the end and not stop, the time loss from tyre wear is offset by the car getting lighter and you don't lose any time in the pits.
